Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026. This covers the Arc TV apps (Fire TV, Android, Mac and Windows), the web app at web.arctv.org and this website.

What we collect

• Your account: email, display name and password (stored securely; we can’t read it).
• Your library: profiles, My List, watch history, settings and installed addons, so they sync across your devices. Addon addresses can include keys for other services; we only store them so your addons work.
• Device and app details: device type, app version and basic playback and error reports, used to fix problems. Most reports are deleted after 90 days.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

What we don’t do

No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.

Cookies

The web app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Services we use

Render (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (password reset emails) and TMDB (film information). Addons you install are run by their own providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data. When your account is deleted, your data is removed within 30 days.
